Castoro Cellars

Castoro Cellars currently has over 1,400 acres of Estate vineyards that are 100% certified organic by CCOF. All of the vineyards are also SIP Certified, which stands for sustainability in practice. Sustainable farming and wine-making have been at the forefront of Castoro’s mission since its inception. Castoro is also home to one of the largest solar arrays in Paso Robles, designed to offset all of the winery’s energy use. In total, we produce more than 2 million kWh across many vineyards and facilities.
